Attend this workshop and learn first hand how design professionals match a container to the right plants for a stunning result that brings enjoyment to a porch, deck, or just about anywhere in your garden. Many plants are going dormant or finishing their summer bloom by mid-August.  See how an attractive container or two can add sparkle now and through the autumn months. Instructors Leslie Dean,
landscape architect
landscape architect
landscape architect, and Roberta Barnes, Santa Clara Master Gardener. This event is co-sponsored by Roger Reynolds Nursery and Carriage Shop in Menlo Park, CA.

Leslie and Roberta will assemble plants into just the right containers from current stock at the nursery, showing design principles and tips they've learned over the years, answering your questions as they go.

Next, tour the nursery and get ideas for the perfect pot and plant companions so you plant a colorful container at home, sparking up your late summer garden. Roger Reynolds offers you 20% off your total sale for containers and plants during the class.
